How often will my subscription be re-billed?

Every quarter, after your box is shipped and delivered. Draft dates vary. Your renewal date can be found in your account information. You will receive an email  reminder a couple of days prior. 

When will my quarterly box ship?

- Quarterly boxes ship on March 3rd, June 3rd, September 3rd and December 3rd.

How many products come in each box?

- 6 full-size items (minimum) come in each box. A novel, book/writing-themed items and beauty/personal care products will be included in the 6 items. Teen and Adult subscribers can choose between two novel options and a "Surprise Me!" option

Can I change my subscription from an adult box to a teen or tween box and vice versa?

Yes. Log into your account and you can make the change. If you need assistance - please email us. 

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you will receive the box you paid for and will not be charged again. There are NO REFUNDs for boxes already purchased.
